Gavin Gaughan has a background and degree in the Human Services field, having graduated from Georgian College. He has a variety of experience in the field, beginning with volunteer work and coordinating with Big Brothers Big Sisters Canada. Gavin has taken on various roles throughout his career working in residential homes, schools and in secure treatment/custody/detention facilities with youth across Ontario.
As a Behavioural Specialist, Gavin has extensive experience working with individuals with complex behavioural challenges of all ages. Currently, Gavin is a Bartimaeus Service Coordinator in the Hamilton/Halton Region, as well as a certified Nonviolent Crisis Intervention instructor.
