Craig Thompson has over 20 years of experience in social services including children’s mental health, addictions, autism, school-based behaviour support, day treatment and child welfare. His extensive training includes cognitive behaviour therapy, collaborative problem solving, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, autism intervention and suicide intervention. Craig has provided training and mentoring to many CYCs, educational assistants, teachers and other social service worker professionals. Craig is dedicated to helping our most vulnerable children, teens, and adults in improving their quality of life.
He takes great pride in building strong relationships with community partners, families, and front-line workers and in helping build their capacity to support any individual going through behavioural challenges.
