Calissa Ngozi

Calissa Ngozi is a graduate of the Child and Youth Worker with Honours Program at Centennial College, and has been working in the field for more than 20 years.  Her experience ranges from mental health, acquired brain injury, concurrent disorders, residential treatment, school-based, foster family support and private practice. Calissa is a part-time Professor at Mohawk College in Hamilton, and she is also a motivational speaker.

Calissa has worked collaboratively with Bartimaeus Inc and Bartimaeus Rehabilitation for the past 15 years. Her ability to create therapeutic relationships with the clients in her care, their collaterals, as well as the multi-disciplinary team has helped propel her professional contributions to the community at large. Calissa has also previously served on the Board of Directors with the Ontario Association of Child and Youth Care
