We are pleased to announce that Ms. Tracey Ibrahim joined Bartimaeus Senior Services, as the Service Coordinator in Toronto and the Peel Region.
Tracey’s primary focus will be coordinating support services for the elderly experiencing moderate to severe behavioral difficulties.
Tracey has extensive experience providing support to individuals with complex care needs, as well as Community Care Management experience. This experience has provided her with a sincere empathy for families needing specialized service, but finding challenges to obtain the support they need. She brings her knowledge of finding resources and providing exceptional care to her clients, and greatly enjoys working with her team of experienced Associates, in meeting those needs.
