Cheryl Skirving-Mills has over 15 years of experience providing direct services to children, youth and adults who have an acquired brain injury, individuals who are experiencing mental health difficulties, children in the youth justice system, child welfare, and education systems. Cheryl has been an Associate with Bartimaeus since 2006, in both Support Services and the Rehabilitation Service sectors.
Cheryl is a Registered Social Service Worker and Psychotherapist with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers and a full professional member in good standing with the Ontario Association of Child and Youth Workers. Cheryl has a Bachelors of Arts degree which focused on crime/punishment, labour studies, woman studies, child and youth and sociology from Brock University and also has Human Services Counsellor diploma majoring in Criminal Justice and with a minor in Mental Health from George Brown College.
