The workshop offers insight into the confusing personality disorders. Individuals with personality disorders can be very difficult to work with at times. This illness could have an effect with communication, conflict in the workplace, supervision and productivity. The workshop focuses on exploration of personality disorders and teaching ways of coping with these symptoms. The workshop also suggests methods of how best to work with someone with this disorder.
