Consultation services may include: • Confidential management consultation in regards to individual employees • The development of appropriate policies and procedures to respond to mental health difficulties in the workplace • Direct employee consultation in regards to an outstanding confidential mental health concern Bartimaeus Workplace Mental Health service assists organizations and employees affected by mental health problems through education, consultation and referral.
