Bartimaeus Special Project Services assist organizations with time limited, issue - specific projects that are undertaken or planned, when current organizational resources are not adequate to fulfill the project criteria. Examples of special projects include but are not limited to:

Management Contracts – time-limited management contracts to support an organization when specific management skills are required and are not immediately available.

Bartimaeus can also be an employer, for a period of time, to assist in service and program transition.

Evaluation and Research Projects – when adequate resources are not available to write up proposals, conduct service-needs assessments, evaluate current program effectiveness, and/or undertake program evaluations. Often projects are undertaken but risk non-completion because of lack of resources.

Management Development and Support Programs – specific management support can be delivered to organizations going through significant transitions. Mentoring, coaching, training and teaching are all areas that need to be addressed when staff take on new management responsibilities.
