Bartimaeus supports community care organizations, programs and foster care families with managing children, adolescents, and adults who are experiencing behavioural, social, emotional and psychiatric difficulties.

The support of our Associates enables agencies, organizations and foster parents to deliver effective continuity of care when faced with unusual challenges

We provide:

• Accessible, flexible and direct child and youth work support
• Customized service through one-to-one support and specialized programs
• Continuity of care
• Relief from staffing difficulties/challenges
• Emergency, short-term and long-term service coverage

We offer:
Community Care Support – to private and public organizations, community outreach and aftercare programs whose clients are experiencing severe difficulties and/or are developmentally challenged.

Program Support – to private and public organizatios, within day, residential and school programs whose clients are experiencing severe difficulties and/or are developmentally challenged

Foster Care Support – to Child Welfare and community agency foster parents experiencing difficulties with one or more of their foster children.

This is a preventative service aimed at averting re-placement of a child or adolescent, with benefits to the entire family.

This service allows parents to leave home for a few hours to attend events, such as school meetings, support groups, and recreational activities.
