Jo McLean-Symmonds has over 24 years of experience in children’s mental health and youth justice. Her experiences include developing, implementing and operating residential treatment programs, secure treatment program, open custody program and coordinating the pre-charge diversion program in partnership with the Ottawa Police Service.
 
She is currently Vice-President of the Board of Directors for the Eastern Ontario Youth Justice Agency.
