All seniors have the right to professional, respectful, ethical and empathetic support at all times. It is our belief that a positive match between the care recipient and our Bartimaeus staff is vital for service effectiveness.
Staff members have:
- extensive experience in care provision, excellent knowledge of mental health issues,
- university or college degrees/diplomas
- First Aid/CPR training
- medical and Criminal Reference Check screening process
- covered by professional liability insurance
- ongoing supervision by our Service Director
Our Senior Services professional staff provide direct services in the individual's home, in retirement homes, in long term care facilities, and in the community.
