Service Co-ordination   

Bartimaeus Service Co-ordination assists seniors and family members in understanding what services are available to them, how to access those services, and the wait lists and costs that may be associated with community services both public and private.

We provide comprehensive resource listings for all types of services that may be required and are able to co-ordinate the appropriate services needed.

Our Service Co-ordination allows family members to place care and treatment planning and follow through in the hands of a local professional who is able to initiate, review and follow through with care and treatment providers to ensure that all services are being delivered in a competent and effective manner.

The Service Co-ordinator is available to clients and their families when needed, with an after hours on-call system that allows for appropriate access and availability.

Our Service Co-ordinators monitor all community services for their service offerings but their availability and capacity on an ongoing basis.

Our services are available 24 hours a day,
7 days a week and are on a fee-for-service basis.
