Therapeutic Recreation Support
Bartimaeus professionals provide support for individuals, and work on increasing their physical activity level and reduce isolation due to physical limitations, dementia-related disorders, social isolation, depression and anxiety.

Services include:

• Providing a mobility assessment to determine an individual’s current mobility status
• Creation of an Individual Therapeutic Recreation Plan that outlines and identifies risk factors, mobility, cognitive abilities, nutritional factors, medical status, range of motion and recreational and lifestyle goals
• A personalized staff to support the individual in carrying out the Therapeutic Recreation Plan
• Support and consult with individual and their family members in any setting or situation that presents challenges and difficulties
• Consultation with OT, PT, family physicians and specialists when indicated
