Doug Brice
Doug has over 35 years of experience working in the social services and education sectors. His extensive background includes direct work with children and adolescents with severe behavioral and emotional difficulties, providing management consultation for educational and social service organizations, and offering practical workshops and seminars for teachers, youth care workers, administrators, and parents on numerous topics related to child and adolescent behaviour, team building, and management training and development.
In addition to his partnership in the development of Bartimaeus services in Quebec since 1999, over the past ten years Doug has provided support and consultation services for native and Inuit communities as well as the Ministry of Education for Gauteng Province, South Africa.

Paul Saunders
Paul is a former teacher, staff assistant, and principal with the Protestant School Board of Greater Montreal and the English Montreal School Board, working primarily in the inner-city schools of Montreal. He has held the position of mentor for school administrators of the EMSB and has been responsible for the dossiers related to wellness, homework, and support for aboriginal students at the school board. With over 35 years of experience in public education, Paul has conducted workshops for teachers, administrators and parents within the Montreal community and he continues to do community work in the inner city areas. He has co-ordinated a number of educational conferences within the Province of Quebec and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Council of Inner City Educators. Paul has been associated with Bartimaeus Education Services for several years and is also co-ordinator of the Seniors Services program in Quebec.
