Bartimaeus Senior Services provides professional support services to
individuals, families, caregivers, hospitals and community-based
organizations.
Senior Services objectives are to
provide exceptional care and support to families while
meeting the diverse needs and lifestyles of each individual.
We provide compassionate support to individuals that
have behavioural, emotional, physical and social difficulties.
We support them so that they can live happier and healthier
lives.
We offer a range of services:
- Plans of Care. A written report
that details the special needs of the care recipient
and the services required
.
- Service Co-ordination. We assist
seniors and family members in understanding what services
are available to them and how to access them.
- Direct Services such as home
and hospital support, palliative support, program
and agency support, and respite care.
