Daily Living — Home Support
This service is designed to support individuals that are experiencing behavioural, social, emotional, psycho-social or psychiatric difficulties, and are residing in a home environment.

Services include:

• Provision of an evaluation and recommendation based on the physical, emotional and psycho-social wellbeing of each person
• Evaluation of each individuals ability to function safely and independently in their home environment
• Facilitate recreational, psycho-social and therapeutic programs to enhance the quality of life of each individual
• One-to-one compassionate care to the individual, assisting with activities of daily living both in the home and outside in their community (i.e. shopping, laundry, preparing a meal together, household management)
• Consultation to family members, physicians, specialists, and community contacts as requested
• Development of ongoing objectives related to the care and wellbeing of each individual
