Appointment Accompaniment
Bartimaeus professionals provide accompaniment and support for those individuals that need to attend appointments in Halton and Hamilton regions.

Services include:

• Meeting with the individual and assistance with preparation for the appointment
• Travel with the individual to the appointment by transit, private driver or taxi
• Attend the appointment with the individual as required; documentation of information as requested
• Appointment follow-up e.g. medication ordering and pickup, and delivery of documents
• Ensure the individual is settled safely back into their home environment
