Bartimaeus’ travel companions offer knowledgeable support and a safe travel experience for those individuals that wish to travel locally, nationally and internationally.

Services Include:

• Pre-trip introductions and planning sessions


• Assistance for individuals with specialized requirements (wheelchair, assisted mobility devices, visually impaired)


• Plans discussed will include pre-embarkation planning and preparation


• Advisement on necessary travel documentation requirements


• Co-ordination of overnight stays (flight delays)


• Line ups and security procedures


• Medication schedules are maintained and adhered to


• Assistance with personal hygiene


• Luggage retrieval and currency exchange support

Our services are available 24 hours a day,
7 days a week and are on a fee-for-service basis.
