Appointment Accompaniment & Support for Seniors   

Bartimaeus professionals provide accompaniment and support for those individuals that need to attend appointments in the Halton and Hamilton Regions.

Services Include:

• Meeting with the individual and assistance with preparation for the appointment



• Travel with the individual to the appointment by transit, private driver or taxi



• Attend the appointment with the individual as required; documentation of information as requested



• Appointment follow-up e.g. medication ordering and pickup and delivery of documents



• Ensure the individual is settled safely back into their home environment

Our services are available 24 hours a day,
7 days a week and are on a fee-for-service basis.
