 Tamara Forbes has over 10 years of experience in community-based rehabilitation programs supporting individuals with acquired brain injury, stroke, mental health and dual diagnosis. For six years, Tamara worked for Bartimaeus as a rehabilitation therapist. Prior to returning to Bartimaeus, she worked as an outreach and clinic coordinator in the Toronto/Peel area, managing multi-disciplinary services for individuals with ABI. Currently, Tamara is an active member of the Hamilton, Haldimand, Niagara and Brant Acquired Brain Injury Network. She has been working with community partners within both public and private sectors to develop best practice guidelines for non-regulated professionals and to improve service pathways for consumers. |
