This service focuses on providing in-patient rehabilitation treatment to individuals residing in either a hospital or residential care facility. Bartimaeus' Rehabilitation Support Workers, in collaboration with the treatment team, support and motivate the individual to work towards their set goals.
Support and consultation are also available to the nursing team and/or residential care team.
Both program and individual support is available on a time-limited basis, or as regular ongoing support, 24 hours per day, seven days per week.
