Support to clients who exhibit social, emotional behavioral symptoms that may prevent them from successful re-integration into the community. Service is delivered in the client’s home, community, school or workplace. Our approach focuses on the functional and cognitive remediation needs of the client.

Our Rehabilitation Support Workers implement programs under the direction of a regulated health care professional and receive ongoing support from our highly experienced Service Co-ordinators.

The service is flexible, client-directed and reflective of the goals and needs of the individual.
