Experience
Our Rehabilitation Support Workers have a minimum 5 years experience. They hold a university degree or college diploma. They participate in ongoing training and education in acquired brain injury.
Scope of Intervention
Our Community Rehabilitation Workers place an emphasis on community reintegration supporting a treatment plan program that is client-centered and individualized. The Worker’s main objective is to facilitate the client’s independence through the specified goals.
Our Rehabilitation Support Workers are flexible and provide support to clients in a multitude of settings such as:
- Home
- School
- Work
- Hospital
- Group Home
- Community

Our Rehabilitation Support Workers assist clients to focus on compensatory strategies as they regain independence within their home and community. Programs that are developed may include:

Supervision Provided
Bartimaeus Rehabilitation Support Workers work within a multi-disciplinary team of registered health professionals. They also receive ongoing field support from our experienced rehabilitation co-ordinators for the duration of the treatment plan.
