Our Service Coordinators provide assessment and consultation to children, adolscents, adults, families and service providers. This assessment process ensures the best match between the student and the support Associate. Our Service Coordinators are knowledgeable and experienced in overcoming challenges and supporting learning, highly skilled supervisors and located province wide.

Bartimaeus Service Coordination assist in understanding what services are available and costs that may be associated with community services both public and private. We provide comprehensive resource listings for all types of services that may be required and are able to co-ordinate the appropriate services needed.

Our Service Coordination allows family members to place care and treatment planning and follow through in the hands of a local professional who is able to initiate, review and follow through with care and treatment providers to ensure that all services are being delivered in a competent and effective manner.

The Service Coordinator is available to clients and their families when needed, with an after hours on-call system that allows for appropriate access and availability.

Bartimaeus Service Coordinators are:

• Located province-wide, providing regionally based services
• Committed to developing positive working relationships with other professionals, projecting costs and assisting the multidisciplinary team in the design of appropriate client-centered goals
• Knowledgeable and experienced in specialized ABI service provisions
• Highly skilled in providing ongoing field consultation and support
• Able to identify appropriate client-centered community resources
