| Dennis Farley has been taking on challenges and seeking solutions in the field of social services and education for over 28 years, as a child care worker, social worker, manager, trainer, and consultant. His first 20 years were predominately in the public sector, with the last 8+ years as Director of Services for Bartimaeus, Quebec. He has specialized in developing training programs and organizational strategies in the areas of behaviour management, crisis intervention, conflict resolution, assessment and intervention planning, as well as team building. His work has been particularly focused with aboriginal and international groups in the area of capacity building.
