| Larry Chapin, Service Director, brings over thirty years of experience in a variety of roles; a teacher, a head of guidance, vice-principal, principal, and most recently as Supervising Principal for Care, Treatment, and Custody Programs for the Toronto District School Board. The latter experience included co-ordinating services with over thirty community organizations in delivering education programs that are designed to meet student’s special needs. In addition Larry was the President of the Ontario Association of School Board Administrators for Care, Treatment, Custody and Corrections Programs (2001–2003).

| Susan Leslie-Berkis, Service Director of Training, has worked in the social services and educational field for the past 30 years. She has worked as a front line Child and Youth Worker in residential, day treatment and home management programs in Windsor, Guelph and Toronto. As a college professor in the CYW program since 1982, Susan has accumulated vast knowledge and experience in teaching a wide variety of courses, along with coordinating both the Accelerated Program and the field placement of students. With this experience comes a great understanding of the unique treatment requirements for clients and the skills needed for staff to provide the therapeutic environment for which each client is so entitled. Susan served on and chaired numerous committees and panels over her years at Humber, received awards, edited textbooks and was generally sought out for her in depth knowledge and thoughtful approach to the relationships between individuals particularly in the delivery of youth and child care. Susan has years of experience as a director on a number of different boards for agencies that encompasses all age groups and treatment sectors where she has shared with them her expertise and in turn learned about the structure and inside workings of an agency in order for them to meet the needs of their community.
