Lyn Gourley has over 15 years of experience in the field of social services. With an extensive background in children’s mental health, Lyn provides support through Bartimaeus to numerous community agencies, hospitals, and private families in the Durham Region. Her expertise is a result of her years working as a member of a mobile crisis team focused on supporting children and adolescents with severe behavioral and emotional challenges. In addition, Lyn has been responsible for administration and consultation for social service organizations and has provided training to Child and Youth Workers in understanding and managing aggressive behaviour. For the past 7 years, she has been working directly with people who have sustained a brain injury. Lyn is also a member of the Durham FASD Committee. Contact: |
